Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure that the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all Breakin.pk tags still attached to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse address provided by our support representative.
Processing and Refund
Once our team verifies the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 3 to 5 business days.
